This page explains what information Vornix.ai collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Short version: we collect very little, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
Who we are
Vornix.ai is an AI consulting and implementation company based in San Diego, California. Questions about this policy go to mustafa@vornix.ai.
What we collect
- When you book a call. Our booking calendar is run by Calendly. When you book, you give your name, email, and any answers you choose to add. Calendly handles that under its own privacy policy and shares it with us so we can hold the call.
- When you email us. We keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard technical details when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This keeps the site running and secure.
What we don't do
- We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
- We don't use analytics tools on this site today. If we add one, we'll update this page.
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule and prepare for calls, deliver work you hire us for, and keep this website secure.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as Calendly for scheduling, Netlify for hosting, and our email provider. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Client projects and voice agents
Information we handle while working for a client, including calls answered by a voice agent we set up, is covered by our written agreement with that client, not by this website policy.
The demo recording
The Maya recording on this site is a test call. East County Dental and John Carter are fictional names used for the demo.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires. Then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email mustafa@vornix.ai. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. We'll honor them.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
